Saturday 18th October: Embarrassment when I find out we have double booked this evening; it's a choice between Tigers at home versus Ulster in the new European Rugby Champions Cup, or a charter dinner at Oadby & Wigston Lions. O&W had not acknowledged my email of acceptance, but we had omitted the match from our calendar.

No debate really and I cry off the charter dinner, won't have made many friends there sadly.
